This representation is the essence of the Contract.

The Company on the basis of representation by the Vendor Seller has created the online store of the Vendor Seller on M & N RETAIL OPC PRIVATE LIMITED Shopping Sev Bazaar portal to enable Vendor Seller to offer the VendorSeller’s products for sale through the said Online Store. This representation is the essence of the Contract.
