Company Progress Reports. (a) Beginning with the date of the execution of this Agreement and continuing up to the Commercial Operations Date, the Company shall submit progress reports to BPDB and (following the appointment of the Engineer) the Engineer prior to the fifteenth (15th) Day of each Month. Such reports shall cover progress in the development, permitting, financing, construction, and operation of the Facility for the preceding Month. (b) On the Financial Closing Date and once during each Month thereafter, the Company shall give BPDB written notice of the Scheduled Commercial Operations Date and thereafter any changes thereto.
