Company Provided Equipment Clause Samples
The COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT clause outlines the terms under which an employer supplies equipment or tools to employees for use in performing their job duties. Typically, this clause specifies what types of equipment are provided, the employee’s responsibilities for maintaining and returning the equipment, and any restrictions on its use, such as prohibiting personal use or requiring prompt reporting of damage. Its core function is to clearly allocate responsibility for company property, ensuring both parties understand their obligations and reducing the risk of disputes over equipment loss or misuse.
