COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT. During the Term, the Company shall provide the Employee with a cellular telephone and a laptop computer. The monthly service charge for the cellular telephone shall paid for by the Company. Charges for calls made and received by Employee in excess of the monthly contract minutes for use of such cellular telephone shall be paid for by Employee and not subject to reimbursement under this Article IV.
COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT. The Company shall furnish, without cost to the Employees, all safety equipment such as, rain gear, ear protectors, gloves, knee pads, and headsets. The Employees shall use or wear such devices in performing their work.
COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT. Company shall retain ownership of all Equipment that is owned by Company as of the Effective Date, or that is subsequently acquired in the name of the Company during the Term or Termination Assistance Period, and supplied by Company to Provider and used to provide the Services (“Company Provided Equipment”). Company will retain the lease agreements for all Equipment that is leased in Company’s name as of the Effective Date, or that is subsequently leased in the name of the Company during the Term or Termination Assistance Period. Company shall provide Provider with access to such Company Provided Equipment on an “as is, where is” basis for use by Provider in delivering the Services. Company’s and Provider’s respective responsibilities with respect to the upgrade, replacement and refreshing of Company Provided Equipment may vary by Equipment type and shall be as set forth in Exhibit G (Equipment List) or the applicable Order. Company shall be responsible for procuring any upgrades with respect to such Company Provided Equipment. Unless otherwise set forth herein or in the applicable Order, Provider shall manage and maintain all of the Company Provided Equipment in accordance with the maintenance schedules recommended by the applicable Equipment manufacturer.
COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT. 2.17.1 COMPANY VEHICLES Company Vehicles are to be maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT. The Company will provide two pair of coveralls for eligible employees. The Company will also coordinate to replace worn or damaged coveralls. On-site laundry appliances and detergent are provided. The Company will reimburse employees for prescription safety glasses, up to a $250 limit over a two (2) year period, upon presentation of a receipt from a medical provider.
COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT. 2.19.1 COMPANY VEHICLES Company Vehicles are to be maintained in a clean and tidy condition. If vehicles are not maintained in a clean and tidy condition the Enterprise may arrange for the vehicle to be cleaned and deduct the cost thereof from the employee’s wages. The vehicle is to be used for work purposes and reasonable private use with the agreement of the enterprise.
COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT. Customer agrees to give Company access during regular business hours, or at any time in the event of an emergency, to service or remove any material, equipment, or software made available or provided by Company as required for Customer to use the Service(s) (“Company Provided Equipment”) at Company’s sole discretion. Without the prior written consent of Company, Customer will not access, or attempt to access any Company Provided Equipment or facilities furnished by Company in connection with this Service Agreement. Title or Risk of Loss of Equipment. For equipment sold to Customer and installed by Company, title shall pass to Customer on the In-Service Date. Risk of loss shall pass at the time of delivery. For Company Provided Equipment, title shall remain solely with Company, whether or not attached to or embedded in realty, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties. Loss, theft, or physical damage to the Company Provided Equipment is Customer’s responsibility. Equipment Warranty, Use and Maintenance. If applicable, Company will maintain Company Provided Equipment in good working order during the Term (except as may be provided as part of any Ethernet service), subject to the exclusions set forth below under “Warranty Exclusions”. Repair parts or replacement parts may be new, remanufactured or refurbished at the discretion of Company. Customer will not make any modifications to Company Provided Equipment without the written permission of Company and will pay the cost of any repairs necessitated by unauthorized work.
COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT. If the Company provides any asset (including, without limitation, hardware and software) to the Contractor for TEMPORARY USE on delivering Services pursuant to a Task Order, the Contractor shall keep such asset as a bailee and use such asset only to complete Task Orders placed pursuant to the terms hereof. Such property, while in the Contractor’s custody or control, shall be held at the Contractor’s risk and shall be subject to removal at the Company’s written request.
