Common use of Company Term Clause in Contracts

Company Term. The term of the Company commenced on August 5, 2008, the date of filing by an authorized person of the Company’s Certificate of Formation with the Delaware Secretary of State, and shall continue until the Company’s dissolution in accordance with the provisions of Article VII of this Agreement.
