Company’s Expenses. The Company shall pay directly all charges and expenses directly attributable to Company’s operations, including but not limited to the following: Board and Bureau fees; guarantee funds assessments and other assessments for, or based on, business written pursuant to this Agreement; premium taxes and any other assessments levied by a state or local governmental authority on business written hereunder; cost of reinsurance; legal and auditing expense, actuarial fees, banking fees, investment fees incurred at the direction of the Company, and any other reports or investigations initiated or required by Company.
