Conditional Approval. Data Recipient (s) shall receive notification of the decision, subject to Data Governing Board’s request and review of additional information. The Participating Agencies and the Data Recipient shall be allowed to provide additional information, and/or address the comments or concerns of the Data Governing Board and resubmit the request.
Conditional Approval. Approvals of the Governmental Actions are conditioned upon the terms, conditions and understandings as set forth in this Agreement being fulfilled. The parties understand and agree that, notwithstanding the conditional nature of such zoning approvals hereto, the City Council, on its own motion or at the request of any party hereto, may, in the exercise of its lawful legislative authority: (i) amend the Comprehensive Plan; (ii) extend the municipal corporate boundaries to include any contiguous or adjacent lands; (iii) rezone or revise the zoning designations applicable to the Property; or (iv) approve or amend plats, dedications, use permits, special permits, developments, community unit plans, building permits or other land use controls, as future circumstances may warrant.
Conditional Approval. The Association’s Consent is expressly conditioned upon the Owner’s compliance with each and every requirement set forth in this Consent.

If there remain uncompleted (i) customary punch list items, (ii) minor landscaping, or (iii) exterior finishes (to the extent Vertical Developer can demonstrate to the Agency’s reasonable satisfaction that such finishes would be damaged during the course of later construction of interior improvements) (the “Deferred Items”), each as approved by the Agency Director, the Agency may issue a conditional certificate of completion upon receipt of a reasonable schedule showing that all of the Deferred Items will be completed in a timely fashion, but in no event later than six (6) months from the date of issuance. In the event that Vertical Developer requests a conditional certificate of completion from the Agency, such Deferred Items shall be itemized and attached as an exhibit to the conditional certificate of completion together with a schedule for completion of the Deferred Items. Upon Complete Construction of the Deferred Items, the Agency will promptly issue a final Certificate of Completion with respect thereto.
Conditional Approval. Upon conditional approval from SHPO, NPS, and NSP of the conversion, District may begin Construction Phase 1 improvements. The existing X.X. Xxxxx Middle School building may not be demolished until completion of Section 106 Review and upon final approval to proceed with the conversion from NPS and NSP.
Conditional Approval. The Authority shall Conditionally Approve or reject Deliverables as promptly as practicable after delivery, unless otherwise provided in the Contract. Authority failure to inspect and Conditionally Approve or reject the Deliverables shall not relieve the Contractor from responsibility, nor impose liability on the Authority, for Non-Conforming Deliverables.

16.2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 11 in case the Ethics Committee;
a. withholds its approval of the Protocol as submitted to the Ethics Committee;
b. makes its approval subject to modification(s) of the Protocol that requires amendment(s) of the Verklaring Geschiktheid Onderzoeksinstelling (“VGO”) [Declaration Feasibility Site] and/or the Agreement.
