Company's Option to Elect Rate Period; Changes in Auction Date and Length of Auction Periods. The Company shall have, and is hereby granted, the option to elect to convert on any Conversion Date the interest rate borne by the Bonds to another Variable Rate or return to the Auction Rate, to be effective for a Rate Period pursuant to the provisions of Article II of the Indenture and subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. The Company also shall have the option to direct the change of Auction Dates and/or the length of Auction Rate Periods in accordance with the Indenture. To exercise such options, the Company shall give the written notice required by the Indenture.
