Common use of ’ Compensation; Employees Clause in Contracts

’ Compensation; Employees. Tenant shall maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Lease workers’ compensation insurance in at least the minimum amounts required by law, covering all of Tenant’s employees working at or about the Premises. In addition, Tenant shall maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Lease employer’s liability coverage with limits of liability of not less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) per accident, One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) per employee for disease, and Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) policy limit for disease.
