COMPENSATION FOR BASIC AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) will be established for each project and the percent fee compensation will be computed in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Washington State Fee Schedule and will be set forth in a Basic Services Authorization issued for each project. The performance of, and payment for, Basic Services is divided into Parts I, II, and III as described below. The total compensation for Basic Services shall be calculated as follows:
