Proportional Payments. Payments shall be made to A/E monthly in proportion to the services performed. The compensation for services shall be at the following cumulative percentages at the completion and acceptance of each of the following phases of the Professional Services.
4.2.1. Pre-Design: five percent (5%).
4.2.2. Schematic Design: twenty-percent (20%).
4.2.3. Design Development: forty-five percent (45%).
Proportional Payments. Payments shall be made to A/E monthly upon submission of an Invoice as set forth in Section 4.1.2 below. Proportional Payments. If Lessors own less than 100% of the mineral ---------------------- estate, whether in fee or under mining claim, lease, or contract in the Subject Premises, or any portion thereof, subject to the paramount title of the United States, then the Production Royalties, Extension Payment and Advance Royalty which are payable under this Lease shall be reduced in the proportion which Lessors' interest bears to 100% of the mineral estate of the Subject Premises.

Proportional Payments. Payments shall be made to TAB monthly in proportion to the completion of Pre-Audit testing, adjusting and balancing services up to 80% of the Agreement Consideration. Remaining payments shall be made upon receipt and acceptance of final Pre- Audit Report.
