Core Team – Construction Manager. The Core Team previously included the Construction Manager under Key Personnel but only at a 50% level until construction initiated. This scope and its fee proposal include the remainder of the Construction Manager’s time for a full-time position for the entire duration of the Construction Management task. The Construction Manager reports directly to the Program Manager of the PM (refer to the PM’s Program Management Plan for Organization and Responsibilities). The Construction Manager shall also be the lead for coordinating Wall Inventory on behalf of TFC with USACE / DLA / GSA. This involves multiple visits to sites where Wall Inventory is presently stored from sites in the states of CA, AZ and NM. The CM will provide visual observation of inventory for acceptance to load and ship to Texas or declining to accept panels and notifying TFC’s Surplus Property Manager. The CM is not responsible to inspect, inventory nor to observe loading of panel for shipping. The CM shall also visit the Texas storage site on an abandoned Air Force Base site managed by the Texas Military Department (TMD). The CM will work with TMD and TFC to determine necessary preparation and staging of the laydown areas for storage and security provisions of the inventory.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • City’s Project Manager The City’s Project Manager is Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The City shall give Contractor prompt written notice of any re-designation of its Project Manager.

  • Construction Phase - Administration of the Construction Contract 1.6.1 The Construction Phase shall commence with the acceptance of the Construction Manager’s Guaranteed Maximum Price (or acceptance of a partial Guaranteed Maximum Price for a stage or phase) and issuance of a Notice to Proceed with Construction Services and terminate sixty (60) days after Final Payment to the Contractor is made, or when all of Architect/Engineer’s services have been satisfactorily performed, whichever occurs later.

  • Construction Manager’s Fee The following shall be deemed included in the Construction Manager’s fee for services during the Construction Phase.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure:

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Employer’s Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability in the amounts as set forth in the UGSC.
