Compensation for Indirect Traffic. 61.3.1. Non-Local and Non-ISP-Bound Indirect Traffic 61.3.1.1. Compensation for the termination of non-Local traffic, non- ISP-Bound Traffic and the origination of 800 traffic between the interconnecting Parties shall be based on the applicable access charges in accordance with FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations. 61.3.1.2.
