Compensation for Meetings. Associate and Priority Hire Associate Faculty will be compensated at the additional duties rate for any meeting called by the College as part of their evaluation process. Associate and Priority Hire faculty can be compensated at a reduced “Meeting/Professional Development” rate for certain Professional Development activities made available through the College.

Compensation for Meetings. The Employer will provide annually to the Union the equivalent of a Level III stipend for nine (9) credit units to compensate members of the Union for attendance at joint or university committees. The allocation of these funds will be at the discretion of the Union.
Compensation for Meetings. If teachers are involved in meetings authorized by the Administration that extend beyond the contracted school day, compensation time will be granted by the building principal. Such time shall be granted from the time period before classes begin or after classes end.

Compensation for Meetings a. Teachers will be compensated for meetings outside the workday and will be paid at fifteen dollars ($15.00) per meeting. Such meetings shall include meetings for IEPs, IATs, Section 504 Plans; faculty meetings beyond the one (1) hour in paragraph 1; and administration directed committee meetings. The superintendent may create a Board-approved stipend to be paid to individual teachers for completing a specific task. b. Documentation of attendance at meetings will be kept on an ongoing basis by the teacher. The form will be signed by the administrator/supervisor the day of each meeting. At end-of-the-year checkout the teacher will submit to the building administrator the signed Teacher Attendance form requesting compensation for meetings. The Treasurer will execute payment for such meetings not later than the last pay in June. c. A team will be created within two (2) weeks of the start of the school year consisting of one core teacher and one special education teacher for each identified student. d. If the teacher is unable to attend the required meeting, s/he will inform the building administrator in writing with as much advance notice as possible and will provide written information regarding the student on the appropriate form twenty-four (24) hours in advance. e. In-service will be provided at the beginning of each school year.

  • Time Off for Meetings Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or their alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the Senior Administrator has prior notice.

  • Board of Directors Meetings The Company shall use its best efforts to ensure that meetings of its Board of Directors are held at least four times each year and at least once each quarter.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues.   • Member Meetings (a) There shall be no meetings of the Members unless called by the Board or as otherwise specifically required by the Delaware Act. The Delaware Court of Chancery may issue such orders as may be appropriate, including orders designating the time and place of such meeting, the record date for determination of Members entitled to vote, and the form of notice of such meeting. (d) No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members.

  • Quarterly Meetings At Landlord's request, Tenant shall make the Tenant's property management team and the executive officers of Tenant's general partner available to meet with Landlord on a quarterly basis to discuss the Reserve Estimate, the annual budgets and any other items related to the operation of the Facility, which Landlord wishes to discuss. Tenant agrees to give good faith consideration to any suggestions or requests that Landlord may have.

  • Meetings of Committee The Safety and Health Committee shall hold meetings as requested by the Union or by the Employer and all unsafe, hazardous or dangerous conditions shall be taken up and dealt with at such meetings. Minutes of all Safety and Health Committee meetings shall be kept and copies of such minutes shall be sent to the Employer and the Union.
