Common use of Compensation for Supplemental Positions Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Supplemental Positions. (1) Compensation for supplemental duties shall be as set forth in this Contract provided that all compensation paid should be determined solely according to the principle of equal pay for equal work and without regard for age, sex, race, creed, religion, national origin, handicap, or marital status. (2) Members shall be paid in accordance with Article VII, Section B (Extra-Curricular Salary Schedule) in this Contract. If the duty is not specified in Section B, is related to the member's regular teaching duties, and causes an extension of the member's normal workday or year, such member shall be paid at his/her per diem amount.
