Compensation for Update Work. Developer’s compensation for Update Work shall be calculated and paid in accordance with the Master Development Plan. The terms shall be negotiated between the parties as part of the process described in Section 5.2 and included in the Master Development Plan. Agreement by the parties on the terms of Developer’s compensation for Update Work shall be a condition to Developer’s obligation to perform Update Work.
