Compensation from Advisors. For certain Advisors, LPL receives compensation from the Advisor for the administrative services that LPL provides to Advisor, such as fee billing and performance reporting, which compensation can be tied to assets in Advisor’s SWM accounts. The maximum fee that LPL currently receives from Advisors for such service is 0.40% of the Advisor’s SWM assets.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.
