Compensation Immunity. If and to the extent that Tenant is obligated to indemnify, defend or hold harmless Landlord or Landlord's Agents from any Claims arising from its use of the Premises or any act or failure to act by Tenant or Tenant's Agents or otherwise, Tenant expressly waives, to and in favor of Landlord and Landlord's Agents, its statutory workers compensation act employers immunity relative to any injury to an employee or employees of Tenant.

Compensation Immunity. If and to the extent that Tenant is obligated to indemnify, defend or hold harmless Landlord or Landlord’s Agents from any Claims arising from its use of the Premises or any act or failure to act by Tenant or Tenant’s Agents or otherwise, Tenant expressly waives, to and in favor of Landlord and Landlord’s Agents, its statutory workers compensation act employers immunity relative to any injury to an employee or employees of Tenant.   • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125 per hour.

  • Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.

  • Other Compensation or Benefits You acknowledge that, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you will not receive any additional compensation, severance or benefits after the Separation Date.

  • COMPENSATION OF ULTIMUS The Trust, on behalf of each Fund, shall pay for the services to be provided by Ultimus under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, Ultimus’ compensation for that part of the month in which the Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of Ultimus’ compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.
