Common use of Compensation Immunity Clause in Contracts

Compensation Immunity. If and to the extent that Tenant is obligated to indemnify, defend or hold harmless Landlord or Landlord's Agents from any Claims arising from its use of the Premises or any act or failure to act by Tenant or Tenant's Agents or otherwise, Tenant expressly waives, to and in favor of Landlord and Landlord's Agents, its statutory workers compensation act employers immunity relative to any injury to an employee or employees of Tenant.
