COMPENSATION/INVOICES. 2.1 Customer will compensate JLL for Products and Services rendered as set forth in an SOW. 2.2 JLL will invoice Customer for its fees, expenses and costs incurred during that month. Customer will pay each invoice within 30 days from receipt of invoice. JLL shall provide Customer with notice of any late payment; Customer shall then have 20 days to cure such delinquency. Delinquent payments after such cure period shall earn interest at the rate of 1.5% per month from the due date until paid.
