Common use of COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION OF CONTRACTOR. A. The Contractor shall be paid on the basis of the bid price restated in Exhibit B The total fee to be paid the Contractor for the Services shall not exceed One million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000.00). Payment shall be made monthly, unless another payment term is specified in Exhibit B, following receipt of invoices submitted by the Contractor, and approved by the Contract Administrator.
