COMPENSATION FOR CONTRACTOR SERVICES. All Contractor Services provided pursuant to this Agreement will be provided in accordance with the terms, including compensation amounts and schedule of remittance, set forth in Exhibit A, which is incorporated by this reference as though set forth in full; provided, that the parties understand and agree that fee schedule is not an estimate but the complete costs for the Contractor to provide Contractor Services. Total compensation shall not exceed Thirty-two Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve Dollars ($32,912.00).

All invoices shall contain the following : Date services performed Detailed account of services performed Name of employee providing said services No work shall take place without advanced written approval of the County’s engineering department. If the Contractor commences any work prior to receiving written approval, he does so at his own risk. No work outside the scope of work contained in the RFQ will be performed without the advanced written approval of the County’s engineering department. Advance payments prior to any work shall not be granted unless specified in writing. Progress payments or draw shall not be granted unless specified in writing. Notwithstanding any other payment provisions of this contract, failure of the Contractor to submit required reports when due or failure to perform or deliver required work, supplies, or services, may result in the withholding of payment under this contract unless such failure arises out of causes beyond the control, and without the fault or negligence of the Contractor. The County will immediately notify the Contractor of its intention to withhold payment of any invoice or voucher submitted.

  • Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines.   • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. Subcontracts, and any service provider agreements entered into by Party in connection with the performance of this Agreement, must clearly specify in writing the responsibilities of the subcontractor or other service provider and Party must retain the authority to revoke its subcontract or service provider agreement or to impose other sanctions if the performance of the subcontractor or service provider is inadequate or if its performance deviates from any requirement of this Agreement. Party shall make available on request all contracts, subcontracts and service provider agreements between the Party, subcontractors and other service providers to the Agency of Human Services and any of its departments as well as to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
