Common use of Compensation of Employees Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Employees. The Management Company employees provided as part of the Operational Services to the Partnership during the Applicable Period will remain employees of the Management Company. They will continue to be compensated under the various employee compensation and benefit plans of the Management Company. In addition, they may be eligible to receive benefits and awards under compensation plans established by the Partnership Group. At all times during the Applicable Period, Parent will ensure that the Management Company employees are covered by worker’s compensation insurance, with policy limits equal to or greater than the limits that are specified in the Throughput Agreement.
