Compensation of Successor Servicer. The Indenture Trustee may make arrangements for the compensation of the successor Servicer out of Collections as it and the successor Servicer may agree. No compensation will exceed the amount paid to the predecessor Servicer under this Agreement.
Compensation of Successor Servicer. The Indenture Trustee may make arrangements for the compensation of the Successor Servicer out of Collections as it and the Successor Servicer may agree. In addition to the Servicing Fee, on the date of its appointment as Successor Servicer, such Successor Servicer will receive a fee of $150,000 payable pursuant to Section 8.2(c) or 8.2(e) of the Indenture, as applicable, and thereafter, will be entitled to the Additional Successor Servicer Fee, which will be paid in accordance with the priorities set forth in Section 8.2(c) or 8.2(e) of the Indenture, as applicable.
Compensation of Successor Servicer. The Titling Companies, in the case of a termination under Section 7.2, and the related Exchange Noteholder, in the case of a termination under Section 7.3, may make arrangements for the compensation of the successor Servicer out of Collections that are part of the Borrower Collateral relating to the rights terminated as they and the successor Servicer may agree. No compensation will exceed the amount paid to the predecessor Servicer under this Agreement or the related Servicing Supplement.
Compensation of Successor Servicer. The Master Collateral Agent may make arrangements for the compensation of the Successor Servicer out of Collections as it and the Successor Servicer may agree. In addition to the Servicing Fee, on the date of its appointment as Successor Servicer, such Successor Servicer will receive the Successor Servicer Engagement Fee payable pursuant to the Trust Financing Agreements for each Series with Credit Extensions Outstanding, and thereafter, will be entitled to the Additional Successor Servicer Fee, which will be paid in accordance with the priorities set forth in the Trust Financing Agreements for each Series with Credit Extensions Outstanding.
