COMPENSATION, PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULTANT, AND DAMAGES. A. LUMP SUM FEES. PCSD agrees to pay CONSULTANT monthly as the work progresses, but not more than once each month after the date of the Notice to Proceed and only upon receipt of an invoice containing sufficient detail to justify the amount of payment requested. Payment shall be in accordance with the lump sum amounts set forth on Attachment “B”. Progress payments with respect to such lump sum amounts shall be based upon percentage of such services completed. This sum may be changed only by written authorization from PCSD in the form of a modification to this Agreement properly executed by PCSD.

  • Compensation & Payment 8.4.1. Should the claim be found proven; settlement is executed only in the form of compensation payment added to the Client trade account.

  • A-E Compensation and Extra Work 1.5.1. For the PROJECTS/SERVICES authorized under this CONTRACT, A-E shall be compensated in accordance with the following:

  • INDEMNIFICATION FOR DAMAGES, TAXES AND CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACTOR shall exonerate, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COUNTY (which for the purpose of paragraphs 5 and 6 shall include, without limitation, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers) from and against:

  • Deduction of Damages from Contract Price Upon prior written notice being issued to the Contractor, CMHA may deduct all or any part of the damages resulting from Contractor’s default from any part of the price still due on this Agreement.

  • Exception Payments Tax payments and court ordered payments may be scheduled through the Service; however, such payments are discouraged and are scheduled at your own risk. In no event shall this Financial Institution or its Service Provider(s) be liable for any claims or damages resulting from your scheduling of these types of payments. The Bill Payment Service Guarantee as it applies to any late payment related charges is void when these types of payments are scheduled and/or processed by the Service. Research of exception payments shall be limited to proof of payment and/or unauthorized payments only. All other research and resolution for any misapplied, mis-posted or misdirected exception payments will be your sole responsibility.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Termination Payments In the event of termination of the Executive’s employment during the Employment Period, all compensation and benefits set forth in this Agreement shall terminate except as specifically provided in this Section 8.

  • Additional Fee on Late Payments For any payments thirty (30) calendar days or more overdue under this Agreement, Registry Operator shall pay an additional fee on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if less, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

  • Compensation for Damages 4.1 If the Principal has disqualified the Bidder from the tender process prior to the award according to Section 3, the Principal is entitled to demand and recover the damages equivalent Xxxxxxx Money Deposit/Bid Security.

  • Tax Treatment of Indemnification Payments All indemnification payments made under this Agreement shall be treated by the parties as an adjustment to the Purchase Price for Tax purposes, unless otherwise required by Law.
