Compensation Reopener for FY2017. The Parties agree to reopen negotiations concerning the FY2017 Merit Pay Adjustment at the request of either the USM Coalition or AFSCME, if negotiations are reopened between AFSCME and the State of Maryland as to the amount and/or effective date of the FY2017 salary increments provided for in the applicable collective bargaining between AFSCME and the State.
