Compensatory Time Administration Clause Samples
Compensatory Time Administration. An employee may retain a balance of unused compensatory time not to exceed the amount of 480 hours at any given time. Upon termination or retirement from the City, the employee shall receive payment for any unused compensatory time that has been accrued. Employees may convert accrued compensatory time in accordance with the provisions in Section 16.03.
Compensatory Time Administration. A. An employee may retain a balance of unused compensatory time not to exceed the amount of 240 hours for non-public safety employees and 480 hours for sworn public safety employees (FLSA maximums).
