Competent Management of Time. The Design-Builder has represented to the Owner, in order to be awarded this contract, that the Design-Builder is experienced in managing construction in accordance with contract requirements and in a timely manner and that the Design-Builder has included in his proposal sufficient sums to carefully and competently manage this project for completion within the stipulated Contract Time.
