Competing Technologies. The Agreement does not restrict any Party from developing or acquiring interests in technologies which may compete with a Joint Invention or improve upon a Joint Invention, and from commercializing such technologies.

Competing Technologies. 24.1 CompuMed acknowledges that Merck and its Affiliates may now or hereafter own, invest in, support, promote, or otherwise be associated with, technologies which are or may be competitive with the Licensed Technology. CompuMed waives any conflict of interest which may now or hereafter exist because of such activities of Merck or its Affiliates, and agrees that Merck shall be entitled to engage in such activities, without prior notice to or consent of CompuMed.

  • New Technology When new technology is introduced into a workplace, it will be the responsibility of the employer to provide appropriate training to the employees directly affected.
