The anti-competitive practices referred to in paragraph 1 shall include, including in particular: : (a) engaging in anti-competitive cross-cross- subsidization; (b) using information obtained from competitors with anti-competitive results; and (c) not making available, on a timely basis, to suppliers of public telecommunications services, technical information about essential facilities and commercially relevant information that are necessary for them to provide services.
