Competitive Supplier. Dynegy Energy Services (East), LLC, a Delaware limited liability company duly authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Competitive Supplier. NextEra Energy Services Massachusetts LLC (“NES”), a Delaware limited liability company duly authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Competitive Supplier. The competitive supplier will provide power for the aggregation, provide customer support including staffing a toll-free number for customer questions, and fulfill other responsibilities as detailed in the Competitive Electric Service Agreement.

Competitive Supplier. Residents Energy, LLC, a Delaware corporation duly authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Competitive Supplier to the extent required by law, must provide worker’s compensation insurance meeting all applicable state and federal requirements.
