Competitors Opening. (a) When a competitor opens a new store and the weekly hours worked in a scheduling group in the affected store(s) of the Employer are reduced, part-time hours of work in a scheduling group will be reduced for Pre- March 17th, 1993 employees and Post-March 17th, 1993 employees, on a shared basis, in accordance with the following formula:
