Compilation of Information for State Law Purposes. Contractor shall maintain accurate records for its operation, including, but not limited to, Discarded Materials quantities Collected and quantities Transported to or Transferred to each Approved Facility, listed separately by material type, Customer type, and Facility. Records shall be maintained in such form by methods that facilitate the use of data for the production of reports as needed. Contractor will make these records available and provide to the City any record or documentation necessary for the City to fulfill obligations under Applicable Law including, but not limited to, AB 939, AB 341, AB 1826, AB 876, AB 901, AB 1595, and SB 1383 statutes and corresponding regulations; and, other current or future local, Federal or State statutes and regulations, as amended.
