Compilation of Student Evaluation Forms. 18.6.2.1 The faculty member administering the student evaluations shall prepare a compilation of the Student Evaluation Forms, by class section, including a summary of significant student comments, which shall be provided to the Unit Member being evaluated and the Immediate Management Supervisor.
