COMPLAINTS AGAINST MEMBERS OF THE BARGAINING UNIT. A. All individuals expressing a concern regarding a unit member shall be encouraged by the Administration to attempt to resolve such concerns on an informal level with the member prior to pursuing further procedures. The unit member will be immediately advised of any complaint and the identity of the complainant. B. If not resolved with the bargaining unit member alone, complaints against a bargaining unit member shall be handled informally by the bargaining unit member’s Principal at his/her discretion. Any complaint which is originally directed to the attention of the Administrative Assistant, Superintendent or Board Members shall be directed back to the attention of the Principal for handling under this procedure. C. When a review of the problem indicates to the Principal that the problem has not been resolved, the Principal will meet with the bargaining unit member to discuss the problem or may, at the discretion of the Principal, meet with the complainant and the bargaining unit member together. D. If the problem still remains unresolved, the complainant may address the problem to the Administrative Assistant who may, at his/her discretion, meet with the bargaining unit member, the complainant and the Principal, or any of the above. E. If the problem continues to remain unresolved, the complainant may address the problem to the Superintendent. A report of the complaint shall be made available to the bargaining unit member. The bargaining unit member shall be provided the opportunity to respond, in writing, to the complainant’s problem. Such response shall be forwarded to the Superintendent for his consideration. The Superintendent may, at his/her discretion, make a written determination of the problem, which shall be furnished to both the complainant and the bargaining unit member. F. Should a reprimand or any disciplinary action involving the bargaining unit member be anticipated by the bargaining unit member, under this procedure, the bargaining unit member shall have the opportunity to be accompanied by an Association representative at all levels of the procedure set forth above. The Administration also reserves the right to have representation at all such levels of the procedure.

COMPLAINTS AGAINST MEMBERS OF THE BARGAINING UNIT. A. All individuals expressing a concern regarding a unit member shall be encouraged by 22.01 If complaints are made to any Administrator against any employee, it is the responsibility of the Administration to attempt inform the employee and, if warranted, to resolve investigate such concerns on charges. Charges or complaints that are made anonymously will be disregarded unless the complaint constitutes a violation of law, is a matter of mandated reporting, or is an informal level with allegation of harassment subject to Board Policy. It is also the member Administration’s responsibility to protect the employee through the following procedural steps:
A. Within three (3) work days of the complaint and prior to pursuing further procedures. The unit member will any investigation, the employee shall be immediately advised of any complaint and the identity informed of the complainant.
B. If not resolved with nature of the bargaining unit member alonecomplaint, complaints against a bargaining unit member shall be handled informally by and given the bargaining unit member’s Principal at opportunity to present his/her discretionside.
X. If the complaint is not resolved at Step 1, either the accuser, the employee or the Administrator may request a meeting of all parties involved. Any complaint which Said meeting is originally directed to be arranged at a time convenient to the attention attendance of all. If this meeting does not resolve the complaint, a summary of the Administrative Assistantconference will be completed and forwarded to the Superintendent of schools and the employee. If further investigation is required, Superintendent or Board Members it shall be directed back to the attention of the Principal for handling under done at this proceduretime.
C. When a review Upon completion of the problem indicates investigation, if the Administrator finds cause to reduce his finding to writing, within three (3) work days, he/she shall submit them to the Principal that the problem has not been resolvedemployee and allow an opportunity for a written rebuttal to be attached to all copies of this investigation report. If no written findings are issued, the Principal will meet with matter shall be considered closed. If the bargaining unit member Administrator finds cause but does not reduce his findings to discuss writing, he shall inform the problem or may, at the discretion employee that his records shall be retained and reviewed only if another incident of the Principal, meet with the complainant and the bargaining unit member togethersame nature occurs.
D. If the problem still remains unresolved, the complainant may address the problem to the Administrative Assistant who may, at his/her discretion, meet employee is not satisfied with the bargaining unit member, the complainant and the Principal, or any written findings of the aboveinvestigation, he/she shall have the right to appeal to and have a conference with the Superintendent.
E. If the problem continues employee is not satisfied with the results of the Superintendent’s appeal, he/she will have the right to remain unresolvedan appeal to and a conference with the Board of Education.
F. At each level of these meetings, the complainant employee may address the problem to the Superintendent. A report be accompanied by legal counsel and/or representation of the complaint shall be made available to the bargaining unit member. The bargaining unit member shall be provided the opportunity to respond, in writing, to the complainant’s problem. Such response shall be forwarded to the Superintendent for his consideration. The Superintendent may, at his/her discretion, make a written determination of the problem, choosing. These conferences shall be private.
G. Any complaint that may result in discipline shall be subject to Article 14 which shall be furnished to both supersede the complainant and the bargaining unit member.
F. Should a reprimand or any disciplinary action involving the bargaining unit member be anticipated by the bargaining unit member, under this procedure, the bargaining unit member shall have the opportunity to be accompanied by an Association representative at all levels of the procedure provisions set forth above. The Administration also reserves the right to have representation at all such levels of the procedurehere.
