COMPLAINTS/ APPEALS. 13.1 All complaints and appeals must be made direct to the committee and not the referee. In all matters regarding Law, the Referee’s decision is final. In all matters regarding to the rules of the competition, the decision of the committee is final, any queries regarding these rules, must be directed through the League Secretary for clarification.
