Complete Manifest Package. The Complete Manifest Package consists of, at a minimum, all hazardous waste manifests, PCB manifests, hazardous material shipping papers, waste profile sheets, the land disposal restriction notification and certification forms, and all other supporting documentation. Supporting documentation shall include waste disposal history, all analytical results, Material Safety Data Sheets available, and any other information received in identifying the proper waste code. The contractor shall also include as part of the supporting documentation, the specific type of inner and outer packaging, markings, labeling, and placards offered to the transporter. The contractor shall also comply with the requirements below.

  • MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS As applicable, Contractor shall provide Purchaser with all appropriate Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) at the time of delivery of each shipment of Goods which requires such compliance and/or and for materials used by Contractor while performing Services and any updates of the same.

  • Material Safety Data Sheet Seller shall provide to Buyer with each delivery any Material Safety Data Sheet applicable to the work in conformance with and containing such information as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and regulations promulgated thereunder or its State approved counterpart.

  • Information Packages As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Complete Copies of Materials The Company has delivered or made available true and complete copies of each document (or summaries of same) that has been requested by Parent or its counsel.

  • Safety Data Sheets If specified by City in the solicitation or otherwise required by this Contract, Contractor must send with each shipment one (1) copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item shipped. Failure to comply with this procedure will be cause for immediate termination of the Contract for violation of safety procedures.

  • CONTRACT COMPLETE This Contract represents the complete agreement between the parties. No other understanding regarding this Contract, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party. For any conflict between the attached Proposal and the terms set out in Articles 1-22 of this Contract, the terms of Articles 1-22 will govern.

  • DATA REQUESTS Upon the written request of the District, the State Auditor’s Office, the Appraisal District, or the Comptroller during the term of this Agreement, the Applicant, the District or any other entity on behalf of the District shall provide the requesting party with all information reasonably necessary for the requesting party to determine whether the Applicant is in compliance with its rights, obligations or responsibilities, including, but not limited to, any employment obligations which may arise under this Agreement.

  • LEAD WARNING STATEMENT Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips and dust pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, OWNERS must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. RESIDENTS must also receive a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.
