Complete Understandings. The parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, the District and the Association, for the duration of this Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively during the term of this Agreement with respect to any subject or matter covered by this Agreement. The terms of this agreement represent a full and complete understanding and commitment between the Board and the Association.‌

Complete Understandings. 48 49 The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete 50 understandings between the parties. The terms and conditions may be modified only through 51 the written mutual consent of the parties.
