Completion Grant; Amount. The DCFA shall be eligible for a Completion Grant (“Completion Grant”) of up to $1,500,000 subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payable upon Substantial Completion of the DCFA Improvements in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The City’s obligation to disburse the Completion Grant is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and satisfaction of the Completion Grant Disbursement Conditions (defined below).

Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.
