Completion of Negotiations. This Agreement and any appendix or addendum attached hereto represents complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the parties in respect to the mandatory subjects of bargaining enumerated in the Act which shall prevail during the term hereof. Any matter or subject not herein covered has been satisfactorily adjusted, compromised, or waived by the parties for the life of this Agreement except as provided in 17.1.1.
