Completion Phase. Upon acceptance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion of Construction by the Authority and the Department, the Designer shall administer the Owner-Contractor Contract until the expiration of the one-year construction warranty period, including: 17.8.1 Performing one (1) inspection of the work in order to prepare a monetized punchlist with a cost assigned to each incomplete or deficient work item or to determine that the Project is complete. 17.8.1 With respect to a completed Project, preparing a Certificate of Final Completion.
