Completion Report. 6.1 On or before the Completion Date, the Contractor shall submit the Completion Report to the Company. 6.2 The Company shall review the Completion Report and the Deliverables contained in it to ensure that the Services provided by the Contractor meet the requirements of this Agreement including the SOS. 6.3 In addition to the Completion Report, upon request by the Company, the Contractor shall submit to the Company additional documents detailing the results of the Services. 6.4 After the Company has examined the Completion Report, if it considers that the Completion Report complies with the requirements of this Agreement, the Company shall notice to the Contractor of the amount of the Service Fee payable in accordance with the Agreement (“Fee Notice”) .
