Compliance Investigation. SDOT will investigate the Vendor’s compliance with these permit requirements and the requirements of SMC Title 15 using the following methods:
Compliance Investigation. You will give us at least fifteen (15) days advance notice that, in your opinion, you have complied with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Hotel is ready to Open (conditionally or otherwise). We will use reasonable efforts within fifteen (15) days after we receive your notice to visit the Hotel and to conduct other investigations as we deem necessary to determine whether to authorize the Opening (conditional or otherwise) of the Hotel, but we will not be liable for delays or loss occasioned by our inability to complete our investigation and to make this determination within the fifteen (15) day period. If you fail to pass our initial opening site visit, we may, in our sole discretion, charge you reasonable fees associated with any additional visits.
Compliance Investigation. The evaluation of a Vendor’s conformance to this Agreement’s requirements and applicable local, state, and federal requirements through a variety of methods which may include inventory audits and compliance buys.
Compliance Investigation. An investigation is a method used by the Program to determine if violations are occurring of have occurred in the past. An investigation may include an administrative review, covert compliance buy, monitoring or site visit, inventory audit and/or coordinated efforts with other organizations. Compliance Buy Covert, on-site investigation, in which a representative of Iowa WIC poses as a WIC participant, conducts a WIC transaction and does not reveal during the visit that he or she is an Iowa WIC representative. Confidential Vendor Information Based upon 246.26(e), confidential vendor information is any information about a vendor that identifies the vendor except for the vendor’s name, address, authorization status, telephone number, Website/email address and store type.
Compliance Investigation. During this PO term and for so long as 3M is subject to liability under an applicable statute of limitations period, 3M shall have the right to conduct an investigation into whether any such non-compliance has occurred and Seller will assure that Seller and its Representatives cooperate with any investigation by3M or its Representatives , including making available, upon the request of 3M or its Representatives, any of Seller s and its Representatives pertinent assets, books, accounts and records ( Records ), as well as interviews of their personnel. In addition, during this PO s term, if 3M has reason to believe that Seller and/ or any of its Representatives may not be in compliance with their obligations in this Article, then 3M will, in addition to all other available remedies including its termination rights, have the right, at 3Ms sole discretion, to suspend its performance under this PO until confirmation that no breach has occurred. 3M will not be liable to Seller and /or any of its Representatives for any claims, losses or damages related to that suspension.
Compliance Investigation. A comprehensive investigation, which may include 32 an on-site inspection with interviews of the Registered Entity’s personnel, to determine if 33 a Non-Compliance with a Reliability Standard has occurred. 34
Compliance Investigation. 40 41 The Régie may request or authorize NPCC to lead a Compliance Investigation in response 42 to a system disturbance or possible Non-Compliance identified by any other means, or 43 when required by the Régie following a Complaint. 44

During this Agreement’s term and for so long as 3M is subject to liability under an applicable statute of limitations period, 3M shall have the right to conduct an investigation into whether any such non-compliance with this Article has occurred and Company will assure that Company and its Representatives cooperate with any investigation by 3M or its Representatives, including making available, upon the request of 3M or its Representatives, any of Company’s and its Representatives’ records, including, but not limited to pertinent data, assets, books and financial accounts (“Records”), as well as interviews of their personnel. In addition, during this Agreement’s term, if 3M has reason to believe that Company and/or any of its Representatives may not be in compliance with their obligations in this Article, then 3M will, in addition to all other available remedies including its termination rights, have the right, V2023 at 3M’s sole discretion, to suspend its performance under this Agreement until confirmation that no breach has occurred. 3M will not be liable to Company and/or any of its Representatives for any claims, losses or damages related to that suspension.
