No Public Official. You hereby represent and warrant that (a) if an individual, neither you nor any close relative of yours: (1) is a Public Official or (2) has any personal or business relationship or association with any Public Official who is or will be in a position to affect or influence the award of business or other advantages to us in any country in which you will provide services to us pursuant to this Contract; and (b) if an entity, no director, officer, or shareholder, and no employee who will perform services under this Contract is a Public Official or has any close personal or business relationship or association with any Public Official who is or will be in a position to affect or influence the award of business or other advantages to us in any country in which you will provide services to us.
