Common use of Compliance Report Clause in Contracts

Compliance Report. Seller shall provide Buyer no later than the thirtieth (30th) calendar day of each month a compliance report, in the form of Exhibit X attached hereto, demonstrating therein the calculations Seller utilized to determine its compliance with the financial covenants set forth in clauses (m), (n), (o) and (s) of this Section 11 as of the end of the immediately preceding month.
