Compliance Reviews. 103. In order to monitor and report on the Parties’ implementation of this Agreement, the Monitor, shall, inter alia, regularly conduct compliance reviews to ensure that the Parties have implemented and continue to implement all measures required by this Agreement. The Monitor shall, where appropriate, when measuring compliance, employ appropriate sampling techniques.
