Site Visit Requirement. Based on Company’s review of the list of customers requiring site visit compiled in accordance with Paragraph 7.1 above, Company shall conduct an annual site visit to each Commercial and Multi-Family customer in County that is determined to not be enrolled in 3-container organic waste collection service and not be eligible for a waiver based on the County determination, to encourage those businesses to sign up for SB 1383 compliant Organics Waste service and provide educational material about the SB 1383’s requirements.

Site Visit Requirement. Based on Contractor’s review of the list of customers requiring site visit compiled in accordance with Section 6.1 above, Contractor shall conduct an annual site visit to each Commercial and Multi-Family customer in Agency that is determined to not be enrolled in 3-container organic waste collection service and not be eligible for a waiver based on the Agency determination, to encourage those businesses to sign up for SB 1383 compliant Organics Waste service and provide educational material about the law’s requirements.

  • Audit Requirement If the City expend(s) seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) or more in a year in federal financial assistance it is required to have an independent annual audit conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200. A copy of the audit report shall be submitted to MoDOT within the earlier of thirty (30) days after receipt of the auditor's report(s), or nine (9) months after the end of the audit period. Subject to the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, if the City expend(s) less than seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) a year, the City may be exempt from auditing requirements for that year but records must be available for review or audit by applicable state and federal authorities.

  • Audit Requirements The Agreement, and any pertinent records involving transactions relating to this Agreement, is subject to the examination and audit of the Auditor General of the State of California or Comptroller General of the United States or designated Federal authority for a period of up to five (5) years after final payment under the Agreement. UC, and if the underlying grant, cooperative agreement or federal contract so provides, the other contracting Party or grantor (and if that be the United States or an instrumentality thereof, then the Comptroller General of the United States) will have access to and the right to examine Supplier’s pertinent books, documents, papers, and records involving transactions and work related to the Agreement until the expiration of five (5) years after final payment under the Agreement. The examination and audit will be confined to those matters connected with the performance of the Agreement, including the costs of administering the Agreement.

  • CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT The HUB requirement on this Contract is 0%. The student engagement requirement of this Contract is 0 hours. The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Single Audit Requirements 11.1. If a Subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in Federal Awards during the Subrecipient’s fiscal year, the Subrecipient shall procure or arrange for a single or program-specific audit conducted for that year in accordance with the provisions of Subpart F-Audit Requirements of the Uniform Guidance, issued pursuant to the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996, (31 U.S.C. 7501-7507). 2 CFR 200.501.

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9.   • Listing and Maintenance Requirements Compliance The Company has not in the two years preceding the date hereof received written notice from any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing, maintenance or other requirements of such exchange, market, trading or quotation facility. The Company has no reason to believe that it does not now or will not in the future meet any such requirements.

  • Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may assist, at TIPS sole discretion, in conflict resolution or third party (mandatory mediation), if requested by either party. TIPS, or its representatives, reserves the right to inspect any project and audit the awarded vendors TIPS project files, documentation and correspondence. TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • Compliance Requirements A. Nondiscrimination. The Contractor agrees to comply, and to require its subcontractor(s) to comply, with the nondiscrimination provisions of MCL 37.2209. The Contractor further agrees to comply with the provisions of Section 9:158 of Chapter 112 of the Xxx Arbor City Code and to assure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment in a manner which provides equal employment opportunity.

  • Basic Requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program, all of the following basic requirements must be met, as well as any applicable additional requirements: • The primary address for your PayPal account must be in the United States. • The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped, except for items subject to the Intangible Goods Additional Requirements. If you do not respond to PayPal’s request for documentation and other information in the time requested, you may not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. • If the sale involves pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, you must ship within the timeframe you specified in the listing. Otherwise, it is recommended that you ship all items within 7 days after receipt of payment. • You provide us with valid proof of shipment or delivery. • The payment must be marked “eligible” or “partially eligible” in the case of Unauthorized Transaction claims, or “eligible” in the case of Item Not Received claims, for PayPal’s Seller Protection program on the Transaction Details page. • In the case of an Unauthorized Transaction claim, you must provide valid proof of shipment or proof of delivery that demonstrates that the item was shipped or provided to the buyer no later than two days after PayPal notified you of the dispute or reversal. For example, if PayPal notifies you of an Unauthorized Transaction claim on September 1, the valid proof of shipment must indicate that the item was shipped to the buyer no later than September 3 to be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal will make a decision, in its sole discretion, based on the eligibility requirements, any information or documentation provided during the resolution process, or any other information PayPal deems relevant and appropriate under the circumstances. To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program for a buyer’s Item Not Received claim, you must meet both the basic requirements and the additional requirements listed below: • Where a buyer files a chargeback with the issuer for a card-funded transaction, the payment must be marked “eligible” for PayPal’s Seller Protection on the Transaction Details page. • You must provide proof of delivery as described below.
