Compliance With and Enforcement of the Agreement. The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Trustee, for the benefit of the Owners, to perform all obligations and duties imposed on it under the Agreement. The Corporation will not do or permit anything to be done, or omit or refrain from doing anything, in any case where any such act done or permitted to be done, or any such omission of or refraining from action, would or might be a ground for cancellation or termination of the Agreement by the County thereunder except as provided by the Agreement. The Corporation immediately upon receiving or giving any notice, communication or other document in any way relating to or affecting the Agreement will deliver the same, or a copy thereof, to the Trustee.
