Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to comply with any and all local, state and federal laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards applicable to the work performed pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, any and all applicable local, state and federal licensure, certification and accreditation standards. All work and materials provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be in full compliance with the latest rules and regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, State Fire Marshal, the Safety Orders of the Division of Industrial Safety, the National Electric Code, the Uniform Plumbing Code published by the Western Plumbing Officials Association, and other applicable state laws or regulations including all of Title 24, California Code of Regulations. Nothing in this Agreement and the plans or specifications is to be construed to permit work not conforming to these codes.
