Compliance with Covenants, Agreements and Laws. The Borrowers shall comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, covenants and restrictions now of record affecting all or any part of the Mortgaged Property, except for violations which are being contested by a Borrower in good faith by appropriate proceedings. Each Borrower shall comply in all material respects with all obligations under other contracts, instruments and agreements to which it is a party or to which any of its properties or assets may be subject, except for breaches which are being contested by a Borrower in good faith by appropriate proceedings. Each Borrower shall maintain all necessary licenses and permits needed to conduct its businesses, and shall notify the Lender in writing of any adverse findings of any licensing authority which cannot be corrected within thirty (30) days of such knowledge.
