Compliance with Law and Policy. It shall be the responsibility of the Manager to ensure that this Trust Agreement, the Disclosure Documents and all regulatory filings of the Trust and any distribution of Units comply with all Applicable Laws. To this end, the Manager, on behalf of a Trust, shall take such action and execute such deeds and documents as may be necessary or desirable to be filed with appropriate Securities Authorities on behalf of the Trust.
